Seriously, you’re not being an asshole by making humor out of a tragedy. Also, to all the people who bitch about 9/11 jokes, eat a dick cause most of you don’t really care about 9/11 because it didn’t affect you personally and you’re just being fake fucks with no sense of humor and after tomorrow, you’re just gonna go back to being the way you were before the anniversary. I know two people who lost loved ones from it and they don’t care if anybody jokes about the event itself because it’s not the same as joking about their significant dead other. I know your knee-jerk reaction to everything is to get offended because you’ve pretty much been programmed to believe that it’s wrong to make humor out of certain things but a little independent thinking will do some of us well.
On that note, if you think you’ll be offended by anything I post, just unfollow now and save us both some trouble. Thank you.
One thing I don’t get with these posts advertising charity funds for never-going-to-be developed countries is the part where it says “we will donate 25 cents for everyone who re-posts this”. Are they saying that every time somebody re-posts, 25 cents will magically appear into their accounts to be donated? Why not just donate the money you have AND raise awareness for the cause by posting about it here?
